I am an INRAE researcher at the MIA-Paris laboratory in applied mathematics and statistics. My main area of research is probabilistic models for unsupervised learning tasks such as model-based clustering or dimension reduction, with real-data applications.
I completed my PhD on high-dimensional data and graph clustering with discrete latent variable models at Laboratoire SAMM of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, under the supervision of Pr. Pierre Latouche, Pr. Charles Bouveyron and Dr. Alain Livartowski. During my PhD, I worked in collaboration with Institut Curie on the modelisation of clinical data from anathomo-pathological images to textual medical reports. Then, prior to joining INRAE, I did a one-year postdoc with Yohann De Castro on learning mixture models with sparse regularisation on the space of measures.
